My grandfather's WWII veteran flag case was accidentally knocked over and the front glass shattered when it fell. My father was heartbroken because his dad was his hero, and seeing the case damaged really affected him. As a Christmas present, I wanted to repair the box, replace the glass, and ceremoniously refold the flag that had come unfurled when the box fell. I stopped by four different places to have it repaired, but each one said they could not do it and suggested buying a new case instead. While replacing it would have been easier and probably cheaper, my father was deeply sentimental about the original case. I finally visited House of Glass in Elmhurst. Not only did they agree to replace the glass, Linda told me it would be their honor to help after hearing the story. I am so grateful for the people there at House of Glass. I dropped it off right before closing, and they had it ready for pick-up early the next day. I have since had the flag refolded at the local American Legion, and the restored case is now wrapped and waiting under the tree for my father to open on Christmas morning. Thank you, House of Glass!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. They installed a glass shower steam room for me back in 1997 under previous owner. After 28 years one of the seals on door failed and started leaking. I called and Yovani their estimator was out within two days. A week later Nicholas came out and repaired seal. It wa a small job but the response in this day and age is unheard of. Hats off to House of Glass owners and workers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

I asked a friend to recommend someone to replace the garden window which had moisture in between the panes. His response was immediate, House of Glass in Elmhurst! My mom's house is in Schaumburg. I called them and Drew was out within one day to measure and write an estimate. I received the estimate, paid the deposit and the glass was ordered a day later. Less than two weeks later Brian and Tony arrived with the new glass. They were courteous and extremely careful. Brian reassured mom throughout the process. Tony cleaned the frame of all the old caulk. The two men worked well together to remove and replace the glass and it was completed within a short time. Tony took the time to clean all of the glass on the outside and Brian cleaned up the glass on the inside. It looks great! Brian and Tony worked well together and left my mom feeling comfortable with work well done.
